Lenses – “The getting it right” Workshop – $295.00

The art of dispensing is the marriage of the chosen frame and the required lenses. There is a profound obligation to the patient to ‘Get It Right’, first time. This workshop spells out lens types, lens design, optimised vs personalised Freeform lenses, prescription interpretation and ‘getting it right’ before we order, including minimum blank size.

Frames – ‘Frames fit for purpose’ Workshop – $295.00

How can a frame be loose and tight at the same time? How can a frame hurt the ear on one side of the head and the nose on the other side? At this exciting workshop you will learn how to do these adjustments as well as the perfect temple adjustment and more. This hands-on workshop also covers frame materials, frame selection and simple repairs. A frame needs to fit well, it is its purpose.

Sales -‘Wow your patients every time” Workshop – $295.00

Lenses are your point of difference in a competitive market. This workshop will explain how to use position of wear measurements and new age lenses to increase sales. Learn how to sell multiple pairs, deal with cost objections and the browser and more. Customer service is a learned skill, much more than just being nice to people.
